Saint San Pasqual (St. Paschal Baylón) is primarily known as the patron saint of cooks and kitchens. He is also associated with shepherds, sheep, and, in some traditions, Eucharistic Congresses and Societies.

Saint Agatha is the patron saint of several things, primarily breast cancer patients, rape victims, and those suffering from fire and natural disasters. She is also the patron saint of nurses and the city of Catania, Sicily.

Saint Adelard of Corbie is the patron saint of gardeners and those suffering from typhus. He is also venerated as the patron of Benedictines, monastic reformers, and theologians.

Saint Carlo Acutis, known for his deep devotion to the Catholic faith and his adept use of technology to share religious content, is set to become the first millennial saint. Pope Francis officially recognized a second miracle attributed to Acutis and approved his canonization.

Saint Michael the Archangel is the warrior of good vs evil. Patron saint of soldiers, officers, the sick, and the dying. 

Saint Elmo is known for two primary associations: St. Elmo's fire, a luminous electrical discharge, and St. Erasmus of Formia, the patron saint of sailors. He is also known for his association with stomach ailments and being one of the Fourteen Holy Helpers.

Saint Vincent de Paul was a 17th-century French priest known for his deep compassion and tireless dedication to serving the poor and marginalized. He is renowned for founding charitable organizations like the Congregation of the Mission (Vincentians) and the Daughters of Charity, and for inspiring the Society of St. Vincent de Paul, a lay Catholic organization focused on helping those in need.

Saint Christopher is best known as the patron saint of travelers. He is also associated with protection from various dangers, including sudden death, toothaches, and hailstorms. His story, rooted in legend, often depicts him carrying the Christ Child across a river, symbolizing his role as a "Christ-bearer" and protector of those on journeys.

Saint Thomas Aquinas is renowned for his significant contributions to philosophy and theology, particularly for synthesizing Aristotelian philosophy with Christian theology. He is also celebrated for his influential writings, including the Summa Theologica, which systematized Latin theology. Aquinas is considered a Doctor of the Church and is known as the "Angelic Doctor" and the "Universal Doctor".
